The Colours of Bear Town at P-Gallery
The P-Gallery, run by the Pori Artists’ Society, is hosting Tea Söderlund’s retrospective exhibition ‘Ote’, which offers an overview of the artist’s works created over the years.
Tea will be present in person and is organising the ‘Colours of Karhukaupunki’ event at the gallery, where you can colour in the artist’s ‘Karhukaupunki’ drawings. These ‘Karhukaupunki’ drawings were originally created in 2016 for an exhibition also held at the P-gallery, when a souvenir shop called ‘My Little Pori’ was set up in the gallery. Printed versions of these drawings, produced using a mechanical plotter, have now been created, and you’ll have the chance to colour them in yourself on Saturday. Tea will be printing the drawings at the gallery for you to colour, and you can also take one of these unique prints home with you.
